R4 Capital Funding provided more than $45.5MM tax-exempt bonds to replace subsidized senior housing at an existing Section 202 property with a new 271-unit LIHTC apartment complex located in Miami, Florida. Construction began in September to create needed affordable housing in the up-and-coming area.
