Proactive Asset Management

R4 Capital’s Asset Management team implements proactive strategies to maximize and protect our investors’ investments with expert management to anticipate and resolve operational, financial, and compliance issues. Our guiding asset management principle is as follows: we’re committed to being strictly accountable throughout the life of a property. With a 1:30 ratio of asset managers to properties, we have the resources to provide dedicated and individualized time to each property.

Delegated Loan Servicing

On behalf of R4 Capital Funding, R4 Servicer provides responsive, delegated mortgage loan servicing on behalf of our institutional investors. We manage all aspects of construction and permanent loan administration and compliance.
