Our Fund Management team works to structure, market, and close all of R4’s LIHTC equity investment funds. The Fund Management team closely manages R4’s equity portfolio to meet R4’s and investors’ credit requirements, ensure the best-in-class service, and deliver the highest return on investment to investors.

• All R4-sponsored funds are currently meeting or exceeding the IRR that was originally projected based on the tax law in effect at applicable fund closing.
• Responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of fund reporting to Investors, we have delivered every report and tax return to date on or before the deadline.

Since May 2012, R4 Capital has raised more than $6.5 billion of LIHTC equity investments from more than 135 institutional investors in 37 multi-investor funds and 13 proprietary funds. R4 Capital’s equity portfolio includes more than 530 properties located in 49 U.S. states, Washington, D.C., and territories.
