Zachary Greene is a Senior Vice President and Senior Asset Manager at R4 Capital, based in the firm’s Boston office. A seasoned commercial real estate executive, Zach brings more than two decades of experience in asset management strategy, high-value transactions, and development initiatives across multiple asset classes.
Throughout his career, Zach has held senior leadership roles in both the private and public sectors. Prior to joining R4 Capital, he served as Vice President of Asset Services at Core Investments, where he led a team managing a one million square foot portfolio of commercial and residential properties. Earlier, at MassDevelopment, he oversaw a diverse portfolio ranging from CBD office space to large-scale redevelopment projects and led the disposition of several high-profile assets.
Zach began his real estate career as a Massachusetts Certified General Appraiser, with MassHousing as a frequent client. His appraisal work included dozens of LIHTC properties, laying the foundation for his deep expertise in affordable housing and complex financial structures.
Known for his collaborative leadership style and strategic insight, Zach combines technical proficiency in financial analysis with a strong track record in stakeholder engagement and portfolio performance optimization. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Brandeis University.
