Tatijana Conley is a Vice President for R4 Capital in the Boston office, where she is responsible for underwriting equity and loan products to finance affordable housing nationwide.

Bringing more than 13 years of combined experience in her commercial real estate finance career, Tatijana has overseen the underwriting and credit analysis of nearly $2.2 billion in debt and equity financing for affordable, government-subsidized, and market-rate multifamily housing and managed a $9 billion FHA-insured portfolio.

Prior to joining R4 Capital, Tatijana was a Senior Asset Manager for a boutique commercial real estate mortgage company, overseeing its FHA-insured loan portfolio in excess of $9 billion. Before that, Tatijana worked at Arbor Realty Trust, where she assisted with underwriting and closing over $250 million in FHA-insured financing for a portfolio of affordable and market-rate assets insured through various HUD lending programs.

Mrs. Conley has a Certificate in Real Estate Finance from Boston University.
