Stephanie Hynes is a Vice President of R4 Capital Funding based in the firm’s Boston office with a focus on originating and executing private placement tax-exempt and taxable debt for 4% tax credit projects. Since joining R4CF in 2018, she has originated and executed more than $1.5 billion in private placement debt for more than 7,400 units across 18 states.

Stephanie has been with R4 Capital since 2016 where she previously worked as a Financial Analyst with the underwriting team and was responsible for analyzing risk associated with debt and equity multifamily housing investments throughout the country. Stephanie started her career as a marketing associate at a technology-driven health and wellness start-up where she focused on developing strategic content for various product lines.

Stephanie holds a BA degree in Economics from Union College.
