Stephanie Curtis is a Senior Vice President, Senior Asset Manager of R4 Capital based in the firm’s Boston office. She has over 25 years of combined experience in LIHTC Asset Management, Portfolio Management of construction and term loans, and Commercial Lending.

Stephanie joined R4 Capital in 2019. Prior to joining R4, she was a Vice President, Senior Portfolio Manager for KeyBank where she provided underwriting and portfolio management for a $310+ million portfolio of affordable housing construction and term loans. Previously, Stephanie was a Vice President, Development Risk Management Asset Manager at a Boston-based LIHTC syndicator where she was responsible for a portfolio of $422 million of LIHTC investments in various stages of construction, rehabilitation, lease-up or stabilization. In addition, Stephanie was an Assistant Vice President, Portfolio Manager III at a multinational investment bank and financial services holding company where she was responsible for managing a $537 million portfolio of affordable housing construction and term loans. 

Stephanie is a Certified Credit Compliance Professional (C3P), holds a Novogradac Property Compliance Certification (NPCC) and received her bachelor’s degree in business management from Lesley University.
