Silviya Padilla is a Vice President of Fund Accounting based in the firm’s New York office. She oversees the accounting for a series of LIHTC funds in R4’s portfolio and is responsible for producing the financial statements that accompany the quarterly investor reports, as well as coordinating year-end audits and financial reporting for the funds. Silviya has more than 12 years of experience managing private equity multifamily real estate funds. 

Prior to joining R4 Capital in 2023, Silviya was a Vice President at a private equity firm where she oversaw the accounting, operational, and reporting processes of over $1 billion of privately held residential property investments located nationwide. 

Silviya holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Hunter College, New York, and is a New York State-licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
