Shannon Chase is an Executive Vice President of R4 Servicer responsible for the servicing of more than $3 billion of tax-exempt debt originations. She oversees construction loan servicing, achievement of construction and stabilization milestones, escrow management, and borrower compliance across the property lifecycle. 

Shannon joined R4CF in 2019 and has over 24 years of commercial real estate experience. She most recently served as Senior Vice President for a commercial real estate finance and advisory services firm, where she was responsible for construction administration, servicing and asset management of an FHA-insured loan portfolio in excess of $9 billion. Shannon was responsible for the structured finance and conventional construction portfolios at CWCapital LLC, prior to the acquisition of that company. Shannon began her career as a real estate attorney at Palmer & Dodge in Boston. 

Shannon holds a JD from Boston College Law School and a BA in Political Science from Dickinson College.
