Justin Rotondo is a Vice President of R4 Capital in the firm’s Boston office. He is responsible for originating and acquiring LIHTC properties on behalf of the firm and its investors, having closed a wide variety of LIHTC transactions representing $420 million of net invested equity.

Justin has been with R4 Capital for eight years, with five years in LIHTC Asset Management before transitioning to R4’s Acquisitions Group. As an Asset Manager, he was responsible for managing a portfolio of 40+ LIHTC properties including both debt and equity investments. Justin’s portfolio consisted of properties under construction, lease-up, pre-stabilized and stabilized assets. He has extensive experience managing and improving struggling properties, working directly with developer clients and onsite staff, quarterly financial reporting, investor reporting, and ongoing LIHTC compliance. Prior to joining R4, Justin spent three years in LIHTC Asset Management with a debt and equity financial services provider for affordable and conventional multifamily housing.

Justin has received a Novogradac Property Compliance Certification (NPCC) and is a Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP). He holds a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Franklin Pierce University.
