Josh Perlmutter is a Vice President based in the firm’s New York office. Focusing on the acquisition of affordable housing tax credit properties in the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic regions, Josh has closed over 25 LIHTC transactions, representing over $435 million of net invested equity. 

Josh joined R4 Capital in 2017 as a Financial Analyst in R4’s Underwriting Group. In this role, he analyzed risk associated with debt and equity in over 20 LIHTC transactions nationwide. He held this role for two years before transitioning to R4’s Acquisition Team. 

Josh received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with honors from Lehigh University.
