John DiMarco is a Senior Vice President at Forward Housing based in the New York office where he manages investor relations activities. He joined R4 Capital in 2018 and spent six years on R4’s Acquisitions team, closing a wide variety of LIHTC transactions throughout the United States, representing more than $300 million
of total invested equity.

Prior to joining R4, John started his career in investment banking Guggenheim Securities where he worked on transactions totaling in excess of $5 billion which included acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and dispositions.

John earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Minor in Business Administration from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
