Greg Doble has more than 23 years of experience in LIHTC property and asset management. He is a Managing Director, Director of Asset Management for R4 Capital, and President of R4 Servicer. Greg is one of the three Investment Committee Members at R4 Capital and has overseen all R4 Capital investment closings since its inception. 

Previously, Greg was a Vice President and Senior Asset Manager within a Global investment bank and financial services holding company’s Tax Credit Asset Management Group. He has extensive experience working with LIHTC investments in the construction, lease-up and pre-conversion stages; assisting developers across the country with dispositions, sales and fund investing; and managing and servicing LIHTC developments. Greg is Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) with NAHB, a Certified Tax Credit Compliance Professional through Spectrum and received his Accredited Residential Manager certification from the Institute of Real Estate Management. 

Greg holds a BS from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.
