Grace Lin is a Vice President of R4 Capital based in the firm’s New York office. Grace is responsible for quarterly and annual financial reporting for the assets owned by R4’s affiliate, Forward Housing. She also assists the CFO and Assistant Controller to oversee all aspects of tax reporting for R4’s LIHTC funds. Grace has more than 15 years’ experience in accounting and finance positions.

Prior to joining R4 Capital in 2022, Grace was the Senior Accountant at an affordable housing developer in New York City. She conducted quarterly and annual financial reporting for LIHTC investor equity. Previously, Grace served as a Fund Accountant at BNY Mellon. She reviewed the investment reports, Master Trust Allocation reports and other customized reports.

Grace holds a BS in Accounting from Brooklyn College, City University of New York.
