Glenn Hopps brings over 35 years of experience in real estate finance and accounting to R4 Capital, including more than three decades in senior financial management and leadership roles at LIHTC investment and development organizations. He is a Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of R4 Capital based in the firm’s New York office overseeing more than $9.8 billion of multifamily equity and debt investments. 

Before coming to R4, Glenn was the Chief Financial Officer of the NHP Foundation, a non-profit organization focused on developing and rehabilitating affordable housing throughout the U.S. Prior to joining NHPF, Glenn was a Senior Vice President and Controller at Centerline Capital Group where he was responsible for quarterly and annual financial reporting for over $10 billion of LIHTC investor equity in a portfolio of more than 1,400 properties nationwide. 

He holds a BS in Accounting from the State University of New York at Albany. Glenn donates his time and experience by serving as the Treasurer of the David Reznick Foundation. Additionally, he is a founding Ally Member of The Women’s Affordable Housing Network (WAHN).
