Daniel Morrone is a Senior Vice President, Senior Asset Manager of R4 Capital based in the firm’s Newport Beach office. He has 22 years of experience in LIHTC asset management.

Prior to joining R4 Capital, Daniel was an Assistant Vice President at Alden Pacific Asset Management where he oversaw a 50 project, 6,700 unit portfolio with an equity investment of $412 million in various stages of the property lifecycle. Before that, he was an Asset Manager at two other syndicators. In addition, Daniel worked as an Asset Manager at the New York State Housing Finance Agency. Daniel has also worked in the mortgage industry for JP Morgan Chase and Washington Mutual and spent time with Related Management assisting with LIHTC lease-up.

Daniel is a Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) and received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from The New York Institute of Technology.
