Chris Sullivan is a Senior Vice President, Senior Asset Manager of R4 Capital based in the firm’s Boston office. Prior to joining R4 Capital, Chris was an Asset Manager at a Boston-based LIHTC syndicator where he oversaw more than $240 million of LIHTC investments and managed a portfolio of affordable housing investments in various stages of construction, rehabilitation, lease-up or stabilization. Previously, Chris was an Asset Manager for Potomac Realty Capital where he monitored a commercial real estate loan portfolio with a principal balance of more than $66 million. 

He is a Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) through NAHB and received a Certificate of Advanced Study in Commercial Real Estate Development from the NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association.

Chris received his Bachelor of Science degree in finance from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
