Brandon Adams is an Executive Vice President, Chief Credit Officer, and Director of Real Estate Underwriting in R4 Capital’s Boston office. Over a 10-year career at R4, Brandon has directed the growth of the Risk Management Group to encompass Real Estate Credit Underwriting, Environmental & Construction Risk Management, and Insurance Risk Management. Overall, Brandon has been responsible for the underwriting and credit approval of $4.5 billion in debt and equity financing for affordable, government-subsidized, and market-rate multifamily housing over an 18-year real estate career.

Prior to joining R4 Capital, Brandon was an FHA Underwriter at a Boston area REIT where he oversaw the underwriting and closing of $250 million in FHA financing for a portfolio of affordable and market rate assets insured through a variety of HUD lending programs.

Brandon received his BA from Plymouth State University and is the former Chairman of the Zoning Board of Appeals for the Town of Seabrook, New Hampshire.
