Brad Schierhorn is a Vice President of R4 Capital based in the firm’s Boston office. His focus is on the acquisition of affordable housing tax credit properties primarily in the Southeast and New England.

In 2016, Brad joined R4 Capital’s Asset Management group where he managed a portfolio of LIHTC assets and earned his Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) designation. Previously, Brad worked at Welltower concentrating on asset management and acquisition of senior housing properties.

Brad received a BA in Economics from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
