Audrey Samilow is a Vice President of Fund Accounting at R4 Capital based in the firm’s New York office. She is responsible for the quarterly and annual financial reporting for a series of LIHTC funds, comprising more than $5 billion of investor equity.

Audrey joined R4 Capital in 2019. Prior to R4 Capital, she was an accountant at Related Companies. Audrey was responsible for the preparation and filing of 10-Q and 10-K SEC reporting for several multi-billion-dollar LIHTC partnerships.

For more than 15 years, Audrey has been a passionate volunteer for the national Colorectal Cancer Alliance organization which raises awareness and provides support for newly diagnosed, in-treatment colon cancer patients and survivors.

Audrey received her BS degree in accounting from Long Island University.
