Ali Schnitzer is an Executive Vice President of R4 Capital, based in the firm’s New York office. Since joining the Fund Management team in 2015, Ali has been an essential contributor to the firm’s growth, playing a key role in the fundraising, deployment, and management of more than $7 billion in institutional LIHTC equity investments.

Ali serves as a primary liaison for the firm’s 140+ institutional investors, maintaining long-term relationships through a dedicated focus on transparency and prompt communication. She is actively involved in the full lifecycle of R4’s fund offerings—from initial marketing and investor diligence through the coordination of fund closings and ongoing reporting.

During her career, Ali has been instrumental in scaling R4’s internal infrastructure. She has expanded the capabilities of R4’s proprietary financial models and increased the efficiency of its reporting protocols. Ali is also responsible for the professional development and management of the Fund Management team, cultivating the expertise required to support R4’s growing institutional investor base.

Ali received a Bachelor of Arts degree magna cum laude in Economics and Community Health from Tufts University.
