Adam Cohen is a Senior Vice President based in the firm’s New York office. With a focus on the acquisition of affordable housing tax credit properties, Adam has closed a wide variety of LIHTC transactions throughout the country, representing over $1 billion of net invested equity.

Prior to joining R4 Capital in 2012, Adam worked at Brightwire Inc., where he was responsible for the review of news reports prior to distribution to investor clients.

Adam is the current Chair of the Journal Square Community Association Transportation Committee and an active member of the Jersey City Shade Tree Committee. He holds a BA degree in Psychology with a minor in Political Science from Washington University in St. Louis.
