It consists of four adjacent three-story residential buildings originally constructed in 1905, 1940 and 1974. St James Park is restricted to residents earning below 50% and 60% of the area median income (AMI) and includes 61 studio units, 29 one-bedroom units, and 15 two-bedroom units.
The 4% tax credit equity was provided by R4 Capital.
