River South is a 46-unit scattered site development located in Old South Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The property is comprised of 34 units in 20 buildings configured in duplex and single-family homes plus one 12-unit multifamily building. All lots are located south of downtown Baton Rouge and north of the Louisiana State University campus. The affordable units at River South is restricted to residents earning 20 to 60% of the area median income (AMI) comprised of 14 two-bedroom units, 28 three-bedroom units, and four four-bedroom units. Supportive services are provided at no cost to the tenants. These services are provided by referral agencies designed to support families and children.

River South was financed, in part, with Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) from R4 Capital.
