Michael Cavanagh is a Vice President at R4 Capital Funding based in the New York office. Since joining the team in 2019, Michael has helped raise, deploy and manage more than $3 billion of institutional capital for investment in tax-exempt debt through direct placement and multi-investor fund offerings.

He works closely with the firm’s debt investors, overseeing the preparation and distribution of financial reports and leading efforts to ensure transparent and effective investor communications.

Michael holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Barney Barnett School of Business & Free Enterprise at Florida Southern College.
