Jenny Thang is a Vice President, Asset Manager of R4 Capital based in the firm’s Boston office. She has more than 10 years of combined real estate finance experience and has worked in the LIHTC industry since 2021.

Prior to joining R4 Capital in 2021, she worked for a Boston-based community development financial institution where she was responsible for monitoring the financial performance of a portfolio of loans. Previously, Jenny was an Assistant Vice President in the Servicing Department for a commercial real estate finance and advisory services firm, where she oversaw the core operational functions for a growing $100+ billion loan portfolio. Jenny started her real estate career with this firm in 2014 as an FHA Loan Analyst and gained extensive experience through departmental transitions to GSE Underwriting and FHA Asset Management.

Jenny is a Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) and received a Novogradac Property Compliance Certification (NPCC). She holds a BS in business management from the University of Massachusetts Boston.
