Audrey Samilow is a Senior Vice President of Fund Accounting at R4 Capital based in the firm’s New York office. She is responsible for the quarterly and annual financial reporting for a series of LIHTC funds, comprising more than $5 billion of investor equity.

Audrey joined R4 Capital in 2019. Prior to R4 Capital, she was an accountant Related Companies. Audrey was responsible for the preparation and filing of 10-Q and 10-K SEC reporting for several multi-billion-dollar LIHTC partnerships.

For more than 15 years, Audrey has been a passionate volunteer for the national Colorectal Cancer Alliance organization which raises awareness and provides support for newly diagnosed, in-treatment colon cancer patients and survivors.

Audrey received her BS degree in accounting from Long Island University.
