Rachel Tall Executive Vice President, Director of Marketing

Rachel Tall is an Executive Vice President, Director of Marketing for R4 Capital based in the New York office focused on raising the firm’s visibility by elevating its marketing and public relations initiatives.

Possessing more than 30 years of strategic marketing and design experience, Ms. Tall began her career at Warren, Gorham and Lamont on the first desktop-published magazine, Macintosh Aided Design. From there, Ms. Tall joined Related Capital Company. As Vice President, Ms. Tall originated the in-house Marketing Communications department and guided it through successive companies: CharterMac, Centerline Capital Group, Hunt Mortgage Group. She was responsible for the development and implementation of marketing, branding, advertising, and internal communications for 20+ nationwide offices, successfully developing the marketing for CharterMac’s IPO and transition back to a private company, Centerline Capital Group.

Her real estate finance expertise spans from affordable housing syndication to conventional commercial real estate originations. She received a Bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Purchase.
