Maria Gomez Senior Vice President / Controller

Maria Gomez is a Senior Vice President/Controller of R4 Capital. Prior to joining R4 Capital, Ms. Gomez served as Vice President and Assistant Controller at Centerline Capital Group from 1997 to 2014. While at Centerline, she was responsible for quarterly and annual financial reporting for more than $10 billion of LIHTC investor equity in a portfolio of more than 1,400 housing properties nationwide. Ms. Gomez began her career as an accountant for a large company in the garment industry, later transitioning to commercial real estate accounting from 1994 to 1997. Ms. Gomez holds a BS in Accounting from Queens College, City University of New York.
