Lindsay Soyka Executive Vice President

Lindsay Soyka is an Executive Vice President of R4 Capital in the firm’s New York office. She responsible for originating and acquiring LIHTC properties for R4 Capital.

Focusing on LIHTC property investing and affordable housing for 21 years, Ms. Soyka has closed in excess of $2 billion in real estate transactions throughout her career. Prior to joining R4, Ms. Soyka served as Director in the Affordable Multifamily Housing group at Centerline Capital Group (Centerline, fka CharterMac and Related Capital Company) with management responsibility for half of Centerline’s portfolio of affordable housing assets.

Previously, Ms. Soyka worked in the Affordable Debt group at Centerline, responsible for the origination and execution of the company’s direct private placement tax-exempt bond program, as well as loan production for credit enhanced financing, including Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Before joining Centerline in February 2004, Ms. Soyka worked at Lehman Brothers in Equity Sales and Syndication.

Lindsay received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Lehigh University.
