Greg Doble Managing Director Director - Asset Management

Greg Doble has more than 20 years’ experience in LIHTC property and asset management. He is a Managing Director, Director of Asset Management, and President of R4 Servicer for R4 Capital. Mr. Doble is one of the three Investment Committee Members at R4 Capital and has overseen all R4 Capital investment closings since inception.

Previously, Mr. Doble was a Vice President and Senior Asset Manager at Bank of America’s Tax Credit Asset Management Group. He has extensive experience working with LIHTC investments in the construction, lease-up and pre-conversion stages; assisting developers across the country with dispositions, sales and fund investing; and managing and servicing LIHTC developments. Mr. Doble is Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) with NAHB, a Certified Tax Credit Compliance Professional through Spectrum and received his Accredited Residential Manager certification from the Institute of Real Estate Management.

Mr. Doble holds a BS from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.
