Chris Sullivan Senior Vice President

Chris Sullivan is a Senior Vice President, Senior Asset Manager of R4 Capital based in the firm’s Boston office. Prior to joining R4 Capital, Chris was an Asset Manager at a Boston-based LIHTC syndicator where he oversaw more than $240 million of LIHTC investments and managed a portfolio of affordable housing investments in various stages of construction, rehabilitation, lease-up or stabilization. Previously, Chris was an Asset Manager for Potomac Realty Capital where he monitored a commercial real estate loan portfolio with a principal balance of more than $66 million. He is a Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) through NAHB and a member of the NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association. Chris received his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
